As first time buyers we hadn’t a clue where to start or what to do, but we’d seen a house and decided to view. We fell in love! !! Long story short, we viewed in the first few weeks of September and have lived in that house now since 23rd November and without the help and guidance of the Littleborough branch it wouldn’t have been possible. Even though there was no viewing timetable established with the venders yet, we were called back to view within the hour with a slot the same day. We were completely tended to and kept in the loop at every stage. The whole process with Face2Face was transparent and honest despite being in the buying seats. Jackie in particular checked in regularly and ensured that we understood each step and broke down all the terminology for us so we didn’t feel even slightly out of our depth- which gave us confidence to enjoy the buying process.
