Delighted that we found Krischen and Bhavi. We had two large Phantom fly screens (Distinction) installed in our new home in Dorset. A fabulous product, not the cheapest but the best quality and the frames were matched to our existing RAL colours. Exceptionally well fitted and above all excellent customer service. Firstly a great product - very happy with the blinds we have had fitted at our conservatory double door and at our bifold doors. Most importantly however is the service that we received from Krischen. He really took the time to understand how we wanted the blinds to integrate with what was already in place including moving blinds etc and made sure that we were 100% happy before he left. Two large phantom fly screens were fitted on bifold doors at our home last week by extreme blinds. The screen frames are colour coded to our window and door frames, tying in nicely with our home. The screens have a smart and stylish appearance and I would recommend these screens. The service was excellent, from enquiry right through to fitting. The service he provided right from the start when he came out to provide us with a quote was highly professional, very helpful and first rate. Great service. Krish measured and then installed installed some 'Bloc Blinds' for me. Despite the fact that the original model I'd wanted had been discontinued he returned a second date and added more elements to achieve the original effect I'd wanted (at no extra cost).
