I am writing to share my experience with evergreen power ltd. Please stay away from the business, scammer.! scammer.!scammer.

Sep 2020, the Sales Rep (Faisal Khan) of evergreen power UK ltd knocked on our door to pretend that the company he represents is working closely with the government. During the pandemic, the government is encouraging residents to use renewable energy.
The government solar scheme allows residents to earn money back from the energy supplier. The quotation was £11K (8 panels +battery storage).
The sales rep stated Evergreen Power UK Ltd, is a member of the IKANO family. Ikano Bank is owned by the family that founded IKEA. We can take a loan from Ikano bank through Evergreen power UK ltd (IKANO). The repayment will start one year later.
We do not need to do anything after the installation of the solar system. The system will automatically submit the power generation data to our energy supplier for the next 12 months. Our energy supplier will start to pay us by using the previous 12-month data as a reference.
the sales also state as part of the government scheme and Energy Performance Validation Scheme (EPVS), we will qualify for a free EV charging station if we accept the quotation, which was £11k
I just realized that it was a fraud because my energy supplier recently visited us to set up my smart meter system. The engineer told us the scheme stop on 31/03/2019. What is more, I start back to work in the office at the end of Aug 2021, and my colleague who is a native English person told me that he got the same deal around £6000 last year from the sales, but he cancelled the contract during the 14 days cooling down period because he found out the scheme doesn't exist.
By contacting evergreen power ltd, the lady on the phone said their solar department had been dismissed. So there will be another after-sale issue of my solar panel and batteries. I am trying to contact the sales man, but no answer.
I am now raising the flag through citizen advice and trading standards.
What is more, I will also submit my case to action fraud and BBC one.

After shopping around for a company to insulate my basement (and I found a few 'cowboy' outfits out there ) I decided on Evergreen not just on price, but I was really happy with the attitude of everyone I dealt with. They are really good at communicating - especially so as my basement was rather full of ... shall we say 'clutter' which needed clearing in advance. I contacted Evergreen Power for a quote for loft insulation and a salesman called Kris arrived on time and explained everything about their product. He answered all my questions and provided me with a no obligation quote. I decided to proceed with the insulation on a date of my choosing, the workmen again arrived on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and took time to explain what they had done.After the job was done we noticed the improvements in the heat retention and noise reduction immediately. I don’t normally leave reviews but as I have been so happy with Evergreen and their product I decided to leave one. The first sales guy was not the best but his manager Kevin happily took on the dealings from where he left off and provided me with everything I needed to know from start to finish. To be totally honest, Kevin was fantastic making the whole process very easy and stress free. I believe that I had a fair price for a great product and service. The installers were very polite, on time and professional. They cleaned up once they had finished and walked me round to make sure I was happy once the work was complete. Everyone I spoke to at Evergreen Power was always friendly, polite and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. The surveyor turned up on time and provided me with all I needed to know, without any unnecessary sales patter. The technicians arrived with a smile within their allocated time slot and got to work without delay, giving me an estimated length of time for the job, which turned out to be spot on. On completion, I was invited to check their work which looked amazing. They left the house in a clean and tidy state. The new loft insulation has made such a difference to the condensation problem I'd been experiencing for far too long, and has improved the overall temperature in the house. Excellent. I called them and had a long chat with one of their guys about loft, underfloor and cavity wall foam insulation. Not rushed at all and seemed very honest about the benefits of each. A salesman called a few days later to survey and quote. Nice guy, not a hard sell. Booked an appointment and they arrived on time. A first class experience from start to finish. I filled in a web form on Sunday. An apppointment for a surveyor to visit was arranged on Monday for Wednesday. The surveyor arrived on time and was delightful - very knowledgeable, patient and thoroughly professional. Quotation accepted and the job was scheduled for two week's time. Later on Wednesday a slot became available on the Friday, which I accepted. Engineer arrived on Friday on time. He was again such a super guy - impeccably polite and friendly and really cared about the quality of his work. He did a really decent job and left everything clean and tidy. We had our loft Insulated with Icynene spray foam by Evergreen. The sales team on the phone were friendly and were able to schedule in a surveyor visit the next evening. The surveyor visited to measure up and provide us with more information. He was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. A price was agreed on and the works were schedule in within 2 weeks. The installation team were friendly, effecient and respectful of our property. They explained the process, did the job and then cleaned up after themselves. The surveyor (Jon Wilson) visited us on Friday 14th September. He explained to us in great detail about the product. He took photos and did the relevant readings for dampness. We weren't in anyway pressured into making a decision. We took on board all of the information and decided we'd be silly not to go ahead.The team arrived this morning (Monday 17th September) and within one and a half hours the work was done.
