Cameron and his team gave us an absolutely fantastic night of entertainment that was spot on and very professional. From the moment of booking, they did all they could to tailor the evening to our needs and went above and beyond to help us achieve what we wanted to. With a brief to get all ages from 12-60 on the dance floor - they managed just that with a clever mix of songs but also responded really well to requests on the night. They turned up at the agreed time and were extremely professional from the the first email enquiry to the end of the party. The photo booth pictures were a great addition to the party. Euphorix Mobile Disco were incredible, they brought the best music and atmosphere to our Peaky Blinders 30th. They included music suitable for all ages, from my 90 year old grandfather to my 9 month old nephew, all were throwing shapes on the dance floor. Cameron was simple and easy to work with and provided great advice ahead of the evening and Steve was a great added extra supplying a selfie booth area for the evening, which although not all guests utilised went down a storm. We booked for a surprise party at a golf club, the set up was perfect, all in a timely manner, very relaxed approach to how I wanted the evening to run regarding start time, time for food etc. The choice of music by the pair were on point, we couldn't fault the whole thing at all. Very good contact before the party, arranging timings and helping to make the surprise party come together. Cameron was very good in ascertaining what the guests were dancing to and worked well to adapt the music to keep everyone dancing. With the addition of a photo booth everyone definitely could join in and have a really good time. Excellent DJ I would definitely recommend Cameron, he is very professional and maintained good, clear communication before and after the event. Absolute pleasure to have Cameron and Steve for my Mums 80th birthday celebration. The booking process was so easy as Cameron stayed in touch via e-mail and showed professionalism at all times.
The actual disco was the perfect balance for what we had requested , a great selection of suitable music for the age groups at the party and we were asked throughout the evening to request anything else we wanted to make our evening run just as we wanted it too. I had never organised a party before so was a little unsure of the process but Cameron was so helpful and the communication prior to the night was fantastic. He made informative suggestions on having background music at the beginning of the night, when the buffet and cake should be served etc and he also took on board my vision of how I wanted the party to be. I used 'Euphorix Mobile Disco' for a family birthday party and they were excellent!
Cannot fault the high level of service and fabulous communication from them prior to the event.
On the day, they turned up on time, set up quickly without fuss and made sure to introduce themselves to me. The set up I chose was 'Lights & Lasers' which was fantastic and they played all sorts of music, including tracks which I'd requested beforehand and others which guests asked for on the night. Cameron the DJ did a great job and everyone enjoyed themselves.
I would highly recommend this disco and will certainly use them again should the need arise.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Our DJ, Cameron, knows that the secret to keeping a party dancing all night is having the ability to tailor the music to each event. All functions and the guests in attendance are different and what works at one celebration may not work at another so we like to gauge dance-floor reaction on the night and respond accordingly to ensure that the party is a fantastic success!
We don’t produce a fixed play list in advance but we're very happy for our clients to have input into what they'd liked played so that they can relax and know we will play their favourite songs. There's no bigger dance floor turnoff than hearing your least favorite song (Did someone say 'Gangnam Style'?) so we also always ask what we must NOT play because it's important for us to ensure that the music we're providing caters to our client's musical tastes. Generally we find that at functions where there are a wide age range of guests in attendance, a selection of all types of music from different eras is welcomed and works very well. On the night itself, we also welcome and encourage guests to come up to the DJ booth and make their own requests for tracks that they'd like to hear played.
When thinking about guests dancing at discos, it's also important to remember the 80/20 rule ~ 80% will dance and 20% won't! No matter what is being played some guests will simply NEVER dance but when Cameron looks around, many can be seen to be tapping their fingers on the tables or their feet on the floor, nodding and having a sing along so therefore, we can tell that they're enjoying the music being played! Of the 80% , 20% of guests will dance a lot most of the night but 80% will only dance a bit.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Some DJ's will specialise in only one genre but being a mobile DJ, Cameron doesn't and is more 'mainstream' playing a wide range of music from different genres and decades to suit the occasion. Sometimes he loves the tunes he's playing and sometimes he doesn't but personal musical expression is not his sole driver and he sees the bigger picture of getting job satisfaction by making clients and their guests happy!
What do you love most about your job?
Music and meeting lots of different people! It really is as simple as that ........ playing the right music at the right time makes people happy and there's no better feeling for Cameron than when he's doing something he truly loves and enjoys, and seeing a crowd of people having an absolute blast as a result of what he is doing. Being behind the DJ booth and seeing everyone on the dance-floor strutting their funky stuff and having a great time is BRILLIANT!!! Different songs make people feel different things and it is fabulous to see peoples faces light up when playing a song that conjures up special memories for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a mobile DJ is in the family as Cameron's dad was a DJ when he was younger! Starting the mobile disco business 'Euphorix' was something that happened gradually over a period of time as Cameron has a great passion for music, listening, mixing and producing and after leaving school, he then went to a specialist musical college for 2 years to study 'DJ'ing and Electronic Music Production'. Following this he then embarked on a three year degree with BIMM (British and Irish Modern Music Institute) where he studied Music Event Management. Initially Cameron was playing to family and friends to gain confidence and experience and then through word of mouth, details of his DJ'ing skills spread and the business was properly launched gaining more and more clients over time. Fortunately, the business is doing very well, is busy and enables Cameron to offer a professional service to his clients whilst doing a job that he loves!

When you book your disco entertainment with us, we're happy to include a fun photo session AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. Yes you did read that correctly - it's 100% free, gratis, for nothing, a freebie. :-) Think of it as our way of saying "Thank you" for booking our services. :-)
So what will you choose to pose in? A 'Kiss Me Quick' hat? Mohican Wig? Pirate 'Tricorn'? Hawaiian Lei? We've got lots of funny props and inflatables to select from.
After the party, your photos can be made available to you on a USB flash drive for payment of a small additional fee. However, purchase of this is by no means a necessity as we will also upload the photographs here to our facebook page for you to browse, tag yourself, family and friends in or even download.
