Having had little success selling our house over several months with a high street estate agent, we got in touch with David at Estate & Agent following a recommendation and were very impressed. He has been very attentive and helpful throughout the process and has used his expertise to help us with our sale right the way from listing the property to completion day. In fact we accepted an offer on the house in under a month of listing it with David at a time when the market was really struggling. I needed to move into a new place in less than 10 days. I had to cancel my plans about relocation but couldn't renew the current tenancy agreement. The new flat was available but 10 days normally would far too little for corporate agencies to process the application. David handled everything like employment/background checks in a few days... we will always be grateful to David for helping us selling our property (in record time, and with a complex chain). David treated the whole process not just as a sales opportunity, in fact he showed incredible empathy and care to ensure that the sale went smoothly and everybody was happy. Chains are never easy and this was no exception, however David managed to reassure us, remain calm and provide reasonable advice even when stress was taking over and we were almost tempted to give up. In all my dealings with David Tall, from Estate & Agent, selling my flat in North Kingston, he has been brilliant to work with. I genuinely felt like he had my best interests at heart throughout the whole process, and knowing I'm a bit of a halfwit when it comes to property, he took the time to explain everything in detail and was quick to respond to any of my many queries. When dealing with awkward solicitors and my buyers, he managed to calm me down when I would have walked away, leading to a successful sale in the midst of a slump in sales...
