Essential Fitness, LLC is located in Grayslake, IL. We do small group, private and partner sessions at the studio.
We also do in home training sessions. Our programs focus on whole body movements and core exercises. Programs are designed for the client based on their current fitness level.

Brian and Essential Fitness has been a part of my weekly fitness for the past 5+ years. They are very caring trainers and push you to your limit yet not over the wall where you get hurt. I am 64 and am in the best shape I have ever been and have lowered my blood pressure meds. The old saying "if you don't use it you lose it" is so true. We design programs based on current client fitness levels and do a initial fitness assessment to track progress.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to achieving the body of your dreams is to employ some key fitness/health components. Whole body strength exercises, movement, cardio and diet philosophies have to be present for each person to achieve personal success.

Seeing clients achieve their goals and feeling strong, happy and full of energy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to help others and enjoying the concept of exercise/health was the inspiration to start my business.

Small Group Training
We have small group strength classes everyday.
