Adreia and Jose were absolutely brilliant and has transformed my house in three days! Every single room from top to bottom is sparkling clean and tidy. They were very efficient, focused and worked really hard, very thorough; and made the whole house spotless, clean and pleasant. Those guys did really good work, even my house was clean when i got in they did the extra hard work and pay attention to detail. My house was a three apartment - i paid for one bedroom but because it was in a good condition they did an extra room by themselves. They do offer key pick up and delivery but comes with an extra charge if the location is more than 30 mins away? Which mine was not its an average of 15 to 20 mins but they probably got this result from google maps due to busy hour. Like many others, it was Andreia and Jose who came to our home. And, like a pair of cleaning-product-wielding whirlwinds, they swept through the flat and turned a tired, dirty, dust-covered dwelling into a sparkling show-home that we will not actually be showing to anyone, ever, because we don't want this perfection sullied by the muddy shoes, skin particles and hair follicles of our friends and family. We will now be booking them on an annual basis, only because we probably can't afford to do it on a monthly one. This particular thankless job was booked to spirit away the mess after a new bathroom was fitted and a wall and ceiling basically caved in because of the slapdash nature of the last bit of work done there probably 50 years ago. The levels of dust therefore made this no small task. Bang - they arrived at 7.58am. Bang, they were gone at 4.58pm, having nailed the hell out of it.Highly recommended if you have a similar issue, or if you just want to remember what clean looks like in today's hectic world. Absolutely amazing service! We used EP Cleaners for an end-of-tenancy clean and every inch of our two bed flat was sparkling. Thoroughly recommend this company, have used them twice now, both times I’ve been lucky enough to have the same 2 cleaners under Alina’s management, who was one of the pair, both so hard working, incredible. They left my house immaculate, absolutely amazing thorough job, lovely polite people, who work around you and you hardly know they are there, yet every time you pass a room it’s gleaming and I must have told them how amazing they were about hundred times throughout the day! I will always ask for Alina as she knows my home and we get on so well. They arrive early, so at the door bang on time and will not leave until they have completed the task required, which is, may I add, within the timescale booked anyway. Cannot rate her and her team highly enough. Thank you to Alina and crew, and of course Sarah at EP for being patient with me on date changes and always being polite and managing to fit me in at short notice, which I know isn’t easy for such an efficient busy company. The cleaners from EP were amazing, Alina actually cleaned my property before I rented it out 12 months ago. She did an amazing job on the oven which was left in an absolutely disgusting by the tenants. As per usual they were very professional and thoughtful, Claudiu was on all fours scrubbing the floor where the tenant left stains and wax residue (don't ask), and managed to salvage my shower head which was also left in a state.The place looks great again, will definitely recommend EP Cleaners to all my friends who have deep clean and check out cleaning needs. The two friendly cleaners who arrived at our house to clean up debris after a tradesmans mishap were professional, hardworking and really thorough. They worked wonders to clean everything that could be saved including soot covered painted walls and paintwork, they upholstery cleaned a sofa bed and made the hall and stairs carpet look brand new. And they even cleaned the bathroom/toilet which was a lovely surprise and it is stain free and sparkling! The house is clean and smells fresh, airy and wonderful. I was extremely happy with EP cleaners service. I had a greasy extractor and the cleaners left me with a sparkling extractor and kitchen. I am thrilled! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The only thing i got wrong was the time required, I thought 12hrs (3 cleaners x 4hrs) of cleaning would be enough time to do the kitchen, bathroom and a couple of rooms. The priority was kitchen and bathroom and it took 12hrs to do just that which was surprising to me. So please make sure you calculate the time for the cleaning accordingly. They did a great cleaning job BUT price went up 25% on site and wasn't really anything I could do about it at that stage, but let them continue with the job. It seems it was a bigger job than the had anticipated, not really avoidable on their/my part, It was an end of tenancy clean. Just as someone else said they aren't the cheapest anyway..and this put it in the realm of "ouch". However, all that being said, if you want the cheapest you are forgoing the best!That was the only slight negative on a 1st class cleaning job. I used EP Cleaners based on the quality of the reviews - and for those that were not so high, I was pleased to see that EP replied to each review commenting to why a problem may have occurred. Our flat had been tenanted for four years so required a deep clean of the carpets and the property. We used the service twice in one week on two different sized properties. Exceptional job! Prompt, punctual, courteous and absolutely meticulous! So sweet to my 10 month old and when, like a buffoon, I spilled black coffee on the kitchen counter after it had been cleaned they could not have been more polite or understanding in clearing it up quickly. The second property was busy with movers clearing out the house at the same time as their site visit and must have complicated an already mammoth cleaning job but was all taken in their stride. What an amazing service by Luis and the team! Couldn't be happier on how the place is looking... can't believe the floor is SO shiny, not to speak about the oven, sink, kitchen and the full bathroom.
