We had a great experience with Ermal and his team. We asked them to complete a side single story extension as well as a loft conversion. Just to give you some context, we were living in our home while the work was taking place over 6 months and we had no issues with the builders. Me and my 18 months daughter were in the house during the work. This is the second house that we have used Ermal. He completed our loft conversion in the previous London home and they were finished within 1 month. We had used other companies previously for other parts of the house and regretted not finding Ermal earlier.
