Oh my goodness what can I say? Lovely Ellie, you are really the most talented cake baking genius EVER! After me and my partner had an unfortunate cancellation on our daughters 4th Birthday cake, my partner found the answer through Ellie and within a short amount of time, Ellie was able to fit us in and literally bake the most wonderful piece of cake art I have ever seen! I really which I could upload our photo as proof of just how gorgeous it was! My daughter loves Rainbows, Unicorns and any fantasy! We asked for a double tier rainbow sponge with a sky blue icing, the bottom layer being made to look like a cloud (marshmallows and white icing), 3 unicorns and a large rainbow on the top with gold stars and lettering on the front. When my partner picked it up the day prior to the party and brought it into the house, I could not believe my eyes! It was everything and more than I thought it would be! The design, the sponge and the taste combined made my daughters day and the look on her smiley little face just summed up how we all felt! We still have much cake left and will be sharing it with our loved ones (and ourselves!) ♥️ Thank you Ellie...and if you fancy helping us with our wedding in the upcoming future...we would be more than happy to have you!
