Elite Bands

These guys were great, I can highly recommend them for booking a band. I emailed a few times, they were always quick and friendly to reply and towards the date of the wedding kept us up to date with any information we needed regarding the band.
As for the band The Cartel, well they were awesome! The venue was very behind on timings on the day but the band were so patient waiting for the meal to finish so they could set up. From the very first song (we choose Footloose as a communal first dance!) they had the dance floor full right up until the last song. So many guests commented how good they were and they were really friendly and professional guys.
Can't praise Elite bands or The Cartel enough, you shouldn't hesitate in booking! More...

We booked daytura through Elite Bands for our wedding in Aug 2016. We loved their set and all our guests raved about how good they were. The guys really made the night awesome. We can't recommend them enough if other folk are thinking of booking them as their wedding band. The atmosphere was electric and we wanted to stay on the dancefloor all night.

All the staff at Elite Bands are super friendly, helpful and made the booking and planning super easy too.

You guys were great, friendly helpful and every email sent with a request or question it was always answered very quickly with no hassle at all. Always emailing with any updates closer to the wedding. can highly recommend them for booking a band.
We booked The Cartel for our wedding day and they were awesome! We requested bonfire heart for our first dance which is slightly fast to dance to and they made it their own which was fantastic was even better than the original!!. So many guests commented how good they were and they were really friendly.

It's literally the morning after my wedding but whilst it's all fresh in my mind, I wanted to say thank you so much to Chasing Lights for providing the most amazing entertainment last night! All of my guests were blown away by Madeleine's incredible voice, she can SING! The band were so tight and everyone absolutely loved them! I think the music is a huge part of the evening at a wedding and honestly couldn't have wanted more from them. They had such a great range of music from all eras. I'm so happy I was able to have them at my wedding. Dear elite bands my daughter got married on Friday n used one of ur bands for her day the lockhearts and I have to just say the guys were a huge part of helping to make my daughters day even more perfect everyone complimented the band choice music choices and professionalism was exceptional and the dealings with elite bands to get to that day was easy excellent professional and defo can't be challenged the best band and best wedding agency FAULTLESS thank you all so much recommend +++

We were soooo extremely happy with Chasing Lights who played at our wedding reception last Saturday - everyone was commenting on how good they were and I never seen the dancefloor empty once! We loved that the beautiful Madaleine and her amazing band had went to the effort of actually learning our first dance (which by the way we absolutely adored - beautiful cover!), took on board song requests and requests for the second, penultimate and last songs and were interactive. I loved that Madaleine invited the 2 sets of parents up for the last song too without being asked as it was my parents first time at a Scottish wedding doing the Loch Lomond Runrig and was so special that I got to do it holding their hands! Honestly the best night of our lives and a massive part of that is thanks to Chasing Lights and Elite Bands. Would definitely use Elite Bands and Chasing Lights again!! On behalf of my wife & I, I would just like to say a huge thank you to Joe & Echo State who played at our wedding on 13th May. We heard Joe singing live at an Elite bands showcase but had only heard the band on YouTube but were confident they would be amazing so booked Joe for our ceremony/drinks reception & the full band for at night. They more than exceeded our expectations & were absolutely fantastic! We loved every minute of it & we had so many comments from our guests about how great a singer Joe was & that Echo State were the best wedding band they had heard. Joe was outstanding at our ceremony & drinks reception & was just such a pleasant guy to deal with from the very first time we met him. We can't fault the service we received from Elite bands, even anytime we phoned the office everyone was so friendly & nothing was a problem. It was an absolute pleasure to have Joe & the band as part of our special day and they really helped to create an atmosphere at our evening reception. Chasing Lights were phenomenal at our wedding on June 10th. We had the best day and can attribute part of that to them. They were flexible with our requests, patient with our American guests while they got the hang of the ceilidh dances, and kept the dance floor full all night long. Absolutely recommend them to any bride and groom!

Additionally, Elite Bands themselves were amazing to work with. We, unfortunately, found ourselves in the middle of the Guthrie Castle scandal. Although it worked out well for us in the end, Elite Bands representatives were understanding and helpful as we worked through it, at one point even offering to help us find an alternative venue through them if needs be. That kind of customer service is hard to find.

We just wanted to pass on a huge thank you to The Lockhearts for keeping our guests entertained last Saturday (14/10) at Balbirnie House during our evening reception.

We’ve heard nothing but praise since last Sunday. ‘Best wedding band ever’ was quoted at breakfast, and we couldn’t agree more. Everyone, including Chris and I, had the best night and we can’t thank the band enough - it was exactly how we hoped our reception would be.

We’re looking forward to catching the guys again live. However, we’ll try and remain fully clothed during any further performances of Mr Brightside! Thanks Again! X More...

If you're looking for a Wedding band, STOP right here! Elite Bands (Laura) was excellent to deal with throughout. A massive thank you to ECHO STATE for joining us on our Wedding Day 29th Dec. The band, song choices and quality were spot on!! Faces appearing on the dance floor screeching above the music "this band are amazing".....some even likened it to being at a 'gig'.
