I was stifled in employment and knew I could offer far more to people.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a realist, I won’t sugar coat but I am empathetic and unlike many ‘listening counsellors’ I offer practical support and guidance.
I have been through or worked with people who have been through an array of issues and draw on this experience to offer personalised support, taking into account the individual and their preferred method of improving wellbeing.
Consultation
45 minute session to discuss concerns and how I can guide you through.
1 hour counselling session (phone/video)
Talk therapy session - 30 minute discussion and 30 minute practical solution planning.
Six sessions package (phone/video)
A cost effective package to discuss and work on practical solutions for root issues and concerns.
Messenger session package
Talk therapy through messages. Sometimes you may prefer to just chat through messages. This package gives you the opportunity to have support in an ad-hoc way for 2 weeks.
