Oven Cleaning
Cleaning my oven turned out to be a disaster. It all looked fine initially but when I touched the gas burners and pan stands I became covered in a black, sooty deposit. The solutions used to clean my oven and hob were far too strong and entirely removed the coatings on the burners and pan stands. The company has replaced all the burners but refuses to replace the pan stands. They are now a dull grey colour instead of shiny black! I’m not impressed at all. Also the caustic solution was tipped down our drain and we were told it’s the best drain cleaner ever! More...

load of rubbish she wanted me to get her a new cooker on the insurance ,the burners were aged when we got there and the pan stands were in a terrible state, we replaced the burners to stop her mithering us every day as we couldn't prove that we hadn't damaged them
