Elan have totally exceeded my expectations already and we are only at the very beginning of what will obviously be a long process but with constant growing returns as our leverage just increases and increases through all of the methods and ideas Elan think of for us. Mark has a long background in marketing and this shows in his thought processes. I appreciate that like me he is very detail orientated in his approach but at the same time he is also very honest about what we can expect from methods we use.
A marketing company cannot achieve what you expect them to if you do not work closely with them. We liaise with Elan on a daily basis and we collaborate on all ideas. In order for a marketing company to fully pursue every possibility for you and understand every nook and cranny of your business you have to take the time to explain it to them in the first place.
You cant just expect them to get on with it, Elan totally get our niche business now and daily they find new suggestions and opportunities for us to gain new business and become more and more visible to our customers. In short I cannot recommend them enough, but you do need to be prepared to put in the effort and constantly brain storm with them.

In the last few years our business has dramatically changed. We needed to change many things in how we operated and how we marketed ourselves.
Finding Elan was a major help in us achieving our new objectives and since then it has not stopped.
Their knowledge of 'social media' and ideas has moved us to the audience we were missing (and more), coupled with our in house changes meant our growth in the last 3 years has been excellent and allowed us to expand further.

First and foremost, monetisation! The path to launching a great website starts with creativity.
