About me and my therapy practice:
I am a qualified Psychotherapist, Mentor, Lecturer and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I work with adults, couples and families. My office is based in Catford/Lower Sydenham area. Alongside my private practice I also lecture and teach adults on their higher professional diploma of counselling training.
I believe passionately that providing a safe and confidential environment enables people to identify the issues which are causing them distress and jointly work towards enhanced
Self-awareness and personal development.
As a therapist I have experience in working with;
Depression, Anxiety, Couples with relationship difficulties, Addiction, Bereavement, Family Issues’ Parenting issues, Low Self Esteem, Trauma, Suicidal Ideation, Domestic Abuses, Self-harm, Abuses including sexual abuses, religious confusion and gender conflicts.
My theoretical background is in Person Centred Approach, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psychodynamic Counselling, and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (form of CBT).
I am available, week-days, at weekends and evenings.
