The classes are fantastic, each instructor has a different way of teaching, so you feel like you never get bored and you can do it at your own pace as there is no pressure to keep up! I've been going to Eden Hot Yoga Lichfield from when it opened and I've loved it so much. There's an array of classes to challenge, re-energise or help you relax. It's a lovely and welcoming studio, and the teachers are so friendly and approachable. Classes are suitable for all, the teachers are on hand to help, and after class too! On a personal note, I had a period of poor health and a hospital stay, when I was ready to come back to yoga the teachers at Eden were very supportive and encouraging. I have been coming to Lichfield studio for over a year now. I was quite hesitant to start as I was a beginner to yoga. My first class was with Kelly, who, at once made me feel at ease and relaxed. I've always really enjoyed the classes here. The teachers are encouraging and will help with postures if needed. There always seems to be a really broad range of people at the studio too, from nervous newbies to that dedicated yogi that's done every posture before the teacher even says it!

Excellent vibe here from both staff and other yoga attendees. It doesn't matter whether you are a seasoned pro or a complete novice, you go at you're own pace and come out feeling rejuvenated. I've just started hot yoga this week having never done anything like this before and I love it so much. The instructors are all really friendly, helpful and supportive, and it doesn't matter if I can't get everything right, or lose my balance occasionally! I feel that this is so much better than running or the gym for me - I work harder, but the heat helps me move and stretch so much more easily. I did my first class here last night, the 'Relax' class. I was convinced I wasn't going to last the whole hour as in the first few minutes I thought I was going to melt. But the instructor was amazing and encouraged everyone to go at their own pace. Once I got into it I absolutely loved it, it's honestly the best class I have ever done and I can't wait to come back. I've been doing yoga on and off for a couple of years to help with anxiety, stress and to improve core strength and stability and have tried a few places but none match the standard of Eden.

A recent discovery hidden in the Cathedral City of Lichfield, Eden is friendly and welcoming with a calm and relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door.

Both the the Hattha and Vinyasa forms of Yoga were intense yet relaxing and I was surprised how much the heat made the practices even more enjoyable and, Kelly and Olivia were both extremely professional and brilliant teachers giving exceptional guidance during the poses. More...
