Josh and Dustin are the best! They built a web page for my business Don DeFlavis Construction LLC. Exceeded my expectations. On this visit it was the first time I actually went to their place of business. They took some still photos and recorded some video. They use the footage of the video to compile a really cool video of me explaining the history of my business and what our focus is. It was very easy to work with these guys even long-distance, I actually live about 2500 miles away from their business location. I don't know how to adequately recommend Eclpst. After a single one-hour meeting, they deeply understood my mission, how I wanted my business presented, and even my design scheme. I presented them with an "I hope you can. . . " idea, and they came back with a "Yeah we did!". I worked as a web developer for five years, and I've never been more happy to hire someone else to do a better job than I could. They are amazing, and you'd be well-advised to hire them. Delivering a clear and user-friendly website that makes a solid first impression is key to a great website. So many factors come into play with a great website and not all on the front end, but the functionality of the back end to deliver as anticipated. A full-stack website that functions well is the make or break point for your business. User experience and user interface along with a design flow will generate more conversions and in the end more business. Where do I begin? How can I make my business work? What do I need to get launched?
Describe your creative process.
Our creative process begins with research. We look into what your company is aiming to do as well as what your competitors are doing right and wrong. Preplanning with you helps us to envision what you would like to see happen for your end result. We consult with the client on their needs and vision, in the end, it is your product that we are bringing to light so your happiness is our priority.
We build out our initial concept then send off for review and edits, we are not perfect though we would like to think we are. Your input will help us to clean up the finer details. Then we deploy with the clients' preferred method.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We like to send out a survey to gather as much information as we need to start. What are the clients goals? What have you done that you liked? What interests you as far as design and things you like? What social media outlets are you currently utilizing? What marketing efforts do you have? Plus all the general information about your business and where it is today.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to create and see the smiles of our many happy clients. We love what we do, that is why we do it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We loved creating, and technology, being able to have the best of both worlds is awesome. It took plenty of risk and sleepless nights, but doing what we love and helping business owners succeed is worth it. Doing something outside of the norm and not wanting to fit into a specific box for work inspired us to make a go.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are in a constant state of learning and growth, we are always keeping up with what is being utilized and love to create something that you will love. In the end, though it is all about our clients being happy with the end result and that is our number one goal.
