What’s your signature dish?
We don’t have any signature dishes, we love cooking everything. Sam’s passion is using the best quality meat and using the whole animal. Meg loves cooking all the amazing local seafood we have available in the South West.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We like to have a chat and find out what you really want. We then go away and design a choice of menus specific to you.
We really want to create a perfect event so we are happy to keep on working on ideas until you are completely satisfied.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people smile and fall in love with food. Creating events that clients will remember for the rest of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Using the best local suppliers, cooking innovative and interesting food and working closely with clients on really special events.
