I loved visiting Ailsa, she always made me feel welcome and at ease, and as well as getting me sorted we had many a good laugh. I had quite a few issues that even I hadn't realised. I had been visiting my GP off and on for a good couple of years to try and find out why I was always feeling so tired and lethargic, but all my test came back normal. Ailsa soon got to the bottom of what was going on with me, which I am eternally grateful. There are a couple of issues that I have/ had that l will not really know if they are sorted until they arise again, however I am quite confident that they will be. One way or another l know that Ailsa will be there for me. I would just like to add that I truly feel that Ailsa is more of a friend than a therapist. Thank you. More...

I cant praise this woman enough. Ailsa has helped me many times over the past couple of years and got me through some pretty tough stages in my life. She is professional, approachable, honest, understanding and has a great sense of humour (needed through tough times). We have had many a laughs when i thought i couldn't laugh. I came to see Ailsa for my arachnophobia. She made me feel at ease and the session was done in a comfortable environment. I think all is sorted now as feel less anxious around the thought of spiders, but time will tell when I next see one . Overall think the therapy has worked and would definitely recommend. More...
