Myself and my partner have just bought our first home using DS Mortgages. We initially had some trouble having our mortgage approved and felt very stressed when a friend referred us to Phil. He was very professional and approachable and helped us to feel at ease during our first meeting. I can not recommend Phil highly enough, he found the best deal for us and was always at the end of the phone if we needed advise or guidance during the process of buying our house. We did have issues/ hurdles to over come to qualify for a mortgage, and there was set backs and problems!! But phil dealt with everything for us, he was extremely professional but also friendly and we felt comfortable that Phil had our best interests at heart.

We was also lost in the mortgage world as we was first time buyers. We was recommended Phil by a friend so we called him and no fuss just made an appointment and he came around to us, explained everything gave us different choices and on repayments and deposits he was fantastic and made it very easy for us without stressing over a mortgages.
