How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
DSK aims to incorporate dishes that appeal to every audience such as seafood dishes, meat dishes and vegetarian/vegan dishes. We provide quality flavours carefully selected to suit the clients occasion and needs. DSK aims for the clients chosen style of menu to compliment their requirements and fulfil their every desire.
What do you love most about your job?
DSK highly standardises in pleasing clients, these are the moments we live for. Hearing compliments from the clients feeds our work ethic and drives us to push to higher levels of satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I founded DSK with the mission of bringing pleasure to people through my food. I aspired to bring attention to new flavours and dishes to Londoners. My goal is working towards owning my own restaurant and am passionate and confident with what DSK has to offer the world.

DSK is not your average caterer, there’s something delicious and mouth watering for everyone. The secret ingredient to all our dishes is a chef filled with love and passion for the art of cooking.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We want to always ensure this a safe and memorable experience for everyone. All chef’s will be covid tested prior to any cooking and serving. A negative result will be sent prior as proof and mask’s will be worn if desired.
Catering
We cater and charge per head (how many individuals we will be cooking for).
However, we are happy to cater just for trays of single dishes e.g. single tray of fry chicken, jerk/grilled chicken.
