Classes are brilliant! Really friendly teachers who offer a lot of encouragement and advice on technique and alignment, while keeping the classes accessible and fun. It's great being able to choose from such a packed schedule. Always feel really refreshed afterwards and can feel myself getting stronger and more flexible - I've been on leave from work for a while and these classes have really helped me hit the ground running upon return, so thank you. It is by far one of the best yoga studios in London. They have plenty of yoga styles to choose from at different schedules (including early and late ones), teachers are amazing and they follow you through progress, making adjustments when needed. Prices are excellent value compared to other centres in the area, especially if you get unlimited membership. They also organize regular workshops/courses for beginners and yoga retreats in stunning locations.The studio manager Cris is lovely and very helpful. She was very understanding when I had an injury and had to stop practising for a while. I would recommend this to all yogis XX More...

Nice teachers and ethos but the booking system drives me crazy! Frustrating when things get blamed on 'the system'. Frequently a 'computer says no' scenario at this early stage of automated culture. An experience I find quite at odds with my yoga practice. More...

Friendly, easy to book. Great range of classes. Bit expensive for drop in (£15), but the passes are fairly reasonable. The introductory offer is very good value .
The space is a little compact and personally I find the mirrors a bit off putting.

I was quite glad when I found out they are opening this new studio in Brockley as there isn't a studio like this in the area. It has plenty of classes to choose from, easy booking system, the teachers are excellent and the atmosphere is nice and friendly.
