I am a mature and experienced counselling psychologist. I offer a down to earth and flexible approach to counselling, in a confidential, empathic and non-judgemental space, to help you with what is troubling you.
I am a Registered Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS).
I'm currently offering on-line and phone appointments.

What do you love most about your job?
Getting to know some inspiring and courageous people, and being given the opportunity to help them get over the obstacles that get in their way so that they can start living the life they choose.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The flexibility to work in a way that I choose and that best suits my clients, without the constraints that a big organisation can bring.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have many years of experience, including training other psychologists. I have a proven track record of being effective and helping even the most complex of clients recover from their difficulties. I care about people and am committed to helping them realise their potential and to make the changes they want.
