What do you love most about your job?
As a care business owner, one of the things I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives. Being able to provide care and support to those in need brings me a sense of fulfillment and purpose. It's incredibly rewarding to see the difference we can make in improving the quality of life for our clients and their families. Knowing that we are making a difference and helping others is what I find most fulfilling about my role as a care business owner. ??
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own business was inspired by a combination of passion and a desire for independence. I wanted to create something meaningful and have the freedom to make my own decisions. It's been an exciting journey of growth and learning, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to pursue my dreams.
As a director i have always had passion for nursing for the past. 23 years. i have always wanted to give back to the community and make a difference in someone’s life.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Dove Caring Ltd ensures :
1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Care workers should wear appropriate PPE, such as masks, gloves, and face shields, when providing care to minimize the risk of transmission.
2. Regular Hand Hygiene: care workers have to wash their hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer when soap is not available.
3. Social Distancing: Care workers should practice social distancing whenever possible, maintaining at least 6 feet of distance from others to reduce the risk of exposure.
4. Cleaning and Disinfection: Care workers follow proper cleaning and disinfection protocols, especially for high-touch surfaces and shared equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
5. Health Monitoring: Care workers monitor their health regularly and stay home if they experience any symptoms of illness or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
