From there he arranged everything all I had to do was provide my documents and sign some paperwork, he liaised with mortgage lender and the solicitors and did it all, every time I had a query I just went to lee and he dealt with it, he kept me well informed and was flexible around my working hours, was totally hassle free and a smooth transaction from my end. What do you love most about your job?
We love helping our clients when other brokers were unable to help. Including adverse credit mortgages, bridging finance to buy at auction, and first time buyers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in compliance for many years, you see a lot of bad practices. The only person who pays is you, the customer. This is the reason Doris & Vi entered the mortgage brokering sector. To help clients who have had poor customer experiences with big banks. We treat each customer as an individual and we always go the extra mile.
