Domestec are excellent. The engineer arrived on time, was very polite and got to work quickly and efficiently. He located the source of the problem within 15-20 minutes with minimal fuss (this follows two separate call outs with different repair companies who both had claimed it was going to be too complicated and costly to repair and better to replace). Very professional local company and extremely helpful engineer. My washing machine failed during a cycle and Domestec arranged a visit the next day, the engineer solved the problem and gave some useful tips.
