Chad is very informative and knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition. He really does take the regimen to your pace. He also makes the workouts enjoyable. Each workout is unique and is tailored to what you enjoy. Another thing I enjoy is the gym itself, it's open and very comfortable to workout in.
