Poor job done, please stay clear

Note, Dave saw some trash in our courtyard and asked if we wanted to dispose them. We said yes and he said he can take them for a fee. He agreed to take the trash for extra quid, which we paid.

How can a professional cleaner not know how to remove the kitchen extractor grease filter? I was in shock when I saw that Dave has spoilt it, he forced it out and broke it.

How can a professional cleaner not know that he needed to clean the skirtings for an end of term cleaning?

If he knew he did a good job, why did he agree to come the second time and even agreed to come back the third time? More...

I don't usually give reviews, but this is very important, so as to help others not to fall into the same trap.

I wish I could give 0 star.
After collecting £200 for end of term cleaning of a 2 bedroom terrace, work was poorly done.

Cleaning was poorly done, Dave came back the second time, still very poor work done. Dave said he will come the third time to do another cleaning, but tenancy was over, couldn't get into the flat.

Now the Agency has given me £100 bill for cleaning. At first Dave agreed to refund, but he has stopped responding to my messages. I am about taking this up. Don't patronise this company, they are not professionals. More...

The house was very dirty look like no cleaning had be done you expect to be in a reasonable condition the client was still moving out when we got there rubbish every we’re look a her rubbish down the tip it was a full van of rubbish it is disrespectful to leave a house in that state. Sometimes you have to take a good look at job before.I think the £200 my clients pay was good value for the work we put in I think they are been unreasonable to said done a poor job when we go into a clients house which is reasonable clean we have no problems. I sorry they fill that way it is very disappointing
