I offer Life Coaching based on the work of Louise L hay. My passion is helping people to begin to lead their best life now. I also practice Emotional Freedom Technique and am a Reiki Master offering both treatments and training. I regularly run workshops in all levels of Reiki and transformational workshops varying from half days to 2 full days .

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to begin changing their life and begin to live the life they truly want and deserve. I love leading workshops and seeing the transformation begin in each participant. In fact I love every aspect of my work including the wonderful people I meet as clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having gone through a lot of emotional trauma and life being difficult I used the same modalities as I now offer to help myself make positive changes in my own life. It made me realise that so many of us get stuck and become unhappy and depressed in life that I wanted to help others begin to lead the life they want. We are all amazing beings who deserve to be happy and fullfilled, we just soetimes need someone to help us see that.

I care about each person who comes to me and work very hard to help them achieve what they want in life.
