Managed to get an appointment the next day and was quoted a far more reasonable price than their competitors, £130 for a super mini if you're curious. Changed my cracked windscreen quickly and professionally. The whole process took 45 minutes from arriving to driving away. With refreshments available while waiting and friendly staff. I clumsily destroyed my rear windscreen on the way home from work. I recently used this company having had a bad experience with another windscreen company. The staff here are friendly and helpful and provided a very efficient and professional service. My car was booked in within a day and I got a call advising when their technician was on his way. Attempted to get a replacement screen fitted by my insurance company M&S no service what so ever from them, they finally after 2 days of phone calls quoted me 11 days for a replacement screen.
Company they said would carry out the work National screens but they did not even bother to contact me.
Phoned Direct Window Screens straight away they organised me a replacement screen cheaper that any other quote and within 24 hours I had a new screen fitted.
The fitter who carried out the work was very professional and very tidy in his work ,
excellent installation would recommend this company to any body requiring a quick screen installation
