What information do you need from a client before you start work?
We need to know what information you have available now - copy (as in the text on the website), images, brochures, any downloads, videos etc. We have a comprehensive on-boarding questionnaire which covers all of this and more. We also go in to your preferred tone, brand guidelines and more. It's a smooth process but getting this right at the start keeps us on-track thereafter.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
Anything from business cards to high-end brochures. We have a partnership with a very successful mailing-house as well so we can print in volume and distribute if required.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping other business owners and managers of marketing teams to succeed. I like competition so taking the opportunity to help someone else compete in their market is what gets me out of bed every morning. I love it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'd worked in marketing for over 10 years, running good teams and working with global brands. I decided I wanted to be on the road less and enjoy my work more so created an agency to offer a full suite of services to clients. I pitched the idea to a couple of local companies who loved it and they've been with us ever since. We've since grown our own team and moved in to many new sectors, applying our unique formula for success as we go.
