Been training here two years - this place has become my second home, and the people have become my second family. I went from having no experience in martial arts to becoming a 10th planet bjj blue belt, and have multiple amateur muay thai fights under my belt. My boys attended the Anti-bullying workshops during this half term. They were taught about bullying and what they should do if they experienced it. Also they were taught some self defence moves. Train here whenever I am in London. Really detailed teaching, some very high standard fighters, and probably the best atmosphere of any gym I’ve trained at. The new (2018 on) location has tonnes of space and gear. If I had to nitpick, it’s a bit out the way and could still do with an extra shower or two, but to be honest it just adds to the charm. Really cool atmosphere and great facilities at the new location. The gym has a good selection of freeweights and machines at the entrance, it has a huge mat space for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, it has an area at the back for Boxing / Muay Thai and the changing rooms are well maintained with showers available too.
