Although the porch door handle needed fixing, as it overlapped the letterbox, and it took a long while to fix, they did repeatedly come back and fixed it to the standard it should be. We are very pleased with our replacement windows. The work was carried out quickly and with a friendly attitude .The installers worked diligently and removed all the rubbish from the site at completion of the work. We were also impressed that we haven't got to decorate due to the care taken by the fitters and the clever design of the windows! All in all a pleasant experience from everyone involved. Very pleased with the whole process. All elements from site survey to completion of installation carried out in a most professional manor. One window had a slight manufacturing defect in the frame, only cosmetic, but DG Solutions immediately got a replacement into manufacture and were back five days later to change it over, and it was a big window. The two fitters Ross and Len were excellent, floors, furniture etc all covered with dust sheets, all debris externally swept up and internally vacuum cleaned. I am really pleased we chose this firm. DG Solutions have just completed the last of 4 jobs for me in recent years: rear door and windows, a conservatory, 4 big windows including 3 large bays and lastly new front door . Prices have always been fair, they have been flexible over timings, and the quality of workmanship has been very good. Had my two front bay windows done, so so happy with them and such a good price, didn't take them long at all and cleaned up after themselves pretty well. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I am having issues retaining a receipt from them for both my deposit and my full payment upon completion, and I had issues while trying to call them, nobody was answering on any of the numbers I was given, I had to call head office in the end as they were the only ones picking up.
