Personal Trainers

I’m almost at the end of my 10 lessons and I can say 100% It’s the best £200.00 I’ve spent in a long time and I got a free pen ( lol) . Kay will fined your level and then push you to the next she changes your plan if needed to keep you improving and is very nice person and Kay has given me my motivation back by encouraging me and given me instructions . At the end of my plan I will be getting jay back at least once a month just to make sure I don’t slack of . Highly recommend Kay if you need that kick up the bum . More...

This was my first experience in using a Personal Trainer and I don't think I could have chosen better.

Kay is a very professional Personal Trainer who looks after her clients really well, including giving nutritional advice & support.
She has made me a diet plan and exercise regime that suits my lifestyle and also my current physical condition.

I would highly recommend getting Kay as your PT and thank you for everything you have done for me.

I have now been training with Kay since beginning of the year (2018) & this is the longest time I have ever spent with one trainer. The reason being Kay makes training fun, whereas previously I have had to force myself now I actually look forward to it. Kay constantly monitors my progress adjusting the programme which adds much needed variety. I thoroughly recommend this very dedicated lady to anyone. More...

Kay is superb, she sorted out a program for me that fits around my shift work and keeps in touch throughout the week to help keep me motivated and out of the chip/kebab/cake shop. During my training session she works out with me which really helps. Within days of starting her programme I felt leaner, fitter and just all round better. Highly recommended. More...

I’ve used Kay for a little while now and have felt my physical fitness improve so much!

I was looking for a trainer to boost up my physical fitness levels so I could run further and faster and just feel healthier. Kay has definitely helped me achieve my goals and now I am able to set new ones, which I will continue to carry out with Kay.

Kay is super friendly and really knows what she is doing - 10/10 recommend.

I used to work with Kay and I was amazed at the passion she had for fitness and wellbeing in all aspects. Kay also helped me with my sugar spikes whilst working nights and provided me with a balanced diet and healthy options for me to have as nibbles if required. The result was a good weight loss and a better understanding of healthy eating.
If my new job allowed it I would take part in the classes Kay runs as they would make me a healthier person.
I have recommended Kay to some friends and colleagues because I think they would gain from her help.

If you are looking for a friendly dedicated coach who will actually listen to you then Kay is the one. After my free consultation she tailored an individual exercise plan which suited me taking into account my current fitness levels, age etc. Because of this I have now started on my way to achieving my goals still some way to go but with Kay constantly adjusting my exercise routines & advising me on diets etc. I am confident with her guidance I shall not only reach acceptable fitness but then again with her help maintain it also. I have a very fun caring approach. I carry out a free consultation to help find out what has or hasn't worked in the past. Talk about likes and dislikes and any physical or psychological barriers that need to be addressed. I can advise on food groups and breakdown areas within these food groups that my be doing more bad than good. I like to share information with my clients about healthy lifestyle choices as we have all heard "knowledge is power".

A good PT who will help you set goals and help you to stick to them. Combined strength and cardio exercises. One without the other has a much less effect and will take longer to achieve your desired shape. Remember everyone is a different shape and size so never compare yourself to anyone else. Work hard and you will get the results you want.

See people succeed. Meeting people and helping them feel great about themselves. Seeing people make a real difference and watching their confidence grow.

After having children I put on a large amount of weight. Something that had never happened to me before. I was always fit and slim. Trying different diets made me realise just how hard it can be without the right advise and encouragement. My own personal trainer encouraged me to change careers direction. I studied as a mature student to achieve my qualification. I enjoy the flexibility for my clients as well as myself. I know that not everyone is free at the exact time of day, day in day out. By running my own business I can fit in better with peoples life styles and my own.

I am a working mother of 3. I have a very caring nature. I have worked with very vulnerable people and understand that everyone is very different.
I have help many people achieve and maintain their goals. I am a hard worker and really enjoy working with people.
