An exceptional service, by any standard! My positive experience with Dezrez Mortgages was facilitated by Rosy, the Mortgage Adviser. Over the last few months, I have actively explored several options for mortgage financing, in the course of a lengthy property search. Beforehand, I was convinced there was little to any mortgage application process beyond inputting my details into a standard template and getting a result. I soon learnt that a mortgage adviser can make the difference between a successful application or an undesirable rejection. Rosy's sound knowledge of the mortgage finance and insurance markets proved to be invaluable in identifying the best products for my needs and in getting me past some difficult hurdles. Quite simply put, she was a godsend! The entire house buying process can be a real pain to navigate but I am thankful for making one decision, which made it altogether bearable - choosing Dezrez as my Mortgage Adviser/Broker. The level of service I received was outstanding throughout the almost 7-month process, with almost 100 emails and phone calls exchanged both ways.
