I went to Tessa Francis Bridal studio with absolutely no idea what style dress I would like or would suit me. Tessa was so welcoming and helpful, she quickly made me feel at ease. Before I knew it I was stood in front of the mirror wearing the most beautiful dress! I instantly said "yes to the dress" I cant thank Tessa enough for all her help and kindness in choosing my dress. This was the first bridal shop I visited Tessa welcomed us in with open arms, she made us feel so comfortable. I went in with not really knowing what kind of dress I wanted. I tried on lots of dresses and found two dresses that I loved I went away to think and I came back today to try them on again and I just didn't want to take the dress off I had chosen, The whole experience was so lovely and not stressful as I was expecting and that's all thanks to Tessa. We had an appointment today and the customer service was amazing the two ladies made it very special for my daughter and me and nothing was too much trouble. My daughter Jodie was feeling unwell and they asked if she needed water or a drink to keep her going ! Aswell as the hot drinks and bubbly already offered to us. I bought my wedding dress from Tessa in February 2016 for my wedding in December 2017 and could not have been happier. The bridal shop is located within a lovely village, and Tessa has a beautiful selection of bridal dresses to suit all. The bridal shop is very clean and light making the 'trying on' experience more pleasant. Tessa is the kindest person you could ask for when making such an important decision about your dress. She would provide us with teas, coffees...prosecco whist trying dresses on, and was very patient. I would recommend this shop to anyone, and Claire who does all the alterations was also excellent - my dress fitted perfectly on the day. It's the little touches that count, and Tessa had sewn a small horseshoe within my dress which I thought was a very sweet touch. Thank you again for making my dress trying on experience enjoyable. Absolutely fantastic, the service received from Tessa was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. I had a made to measure, which with a little tweak for absolutely perfectly, Tessa had even sticked a wrist tidy with pearls and lace on the bottom of the dress.
