Describe your creative process.
We like to get to know our clients and we do this by chatting to you one to one as well as taking a look at your online presence. The more we know and understand your business the better we can do our job.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
For social media management - We need to know what platforms you have, which ones you would like us to manage and how often you need us to do this.
For design - We need to know what you want, any text you want included, any particular colours or fonts, your logo and your time frame. For social media posts and banners we have a 2 working day turn around.
We then get to work and will send you a watermarked proof of the design. Once all agreed, and we have received payment, we remove the watermark and send you the finished design.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to be able to work sitting on a beach- wifi permitting! Although it is more likely that I am at home in London and it's raining- but we can all dream.
