All of the above is Carried out by providing Personal Training, group training/couples and providing nutritional planning.

If you need Personal training in Plymouth, then I can help. All exercise plans can be accustomed to your requirements and circumstances and done in any location you wish. For example, you may want to lose weight but you are a busy mum and can only get exercise done in the evening when the children are in bed. If this is the case I would design a workout with CV, resistance work and core exercises which can be done in the living room. Anywhere and any room can easily be turned into a gym with no expense!

I provide nutritional planning to help you reach your goals. I will work out your exact calorie intake required and calculate the right nutrients, carbs and proteins needed. I can give little hints and tips from what and when or I can plan your every single meal and snack! On this website you will also find recipe ideas in my blog, using the best ingredients and supplements money can buy or making that high protein meal with leftovers in the fridge!

I provide support 24/7-365 days a year if required via Facebook , email or mobile/text on 07805202045. Because I want to help with support and sometimes give you that little push, I will also send inspirational quotes and texts to give you that extra nudge when needed. I started training with delta Charlie fitness on Monday and had my second session tonight I have been in and out of gym membership for years and had no result ,he really pushes you to your maximum ability to get the best result also gives great advise for meal plans would definitely highly recommend

I am not an exercise lover and often as the day goes by make excuses as to why I cant go to a class or the gym after work or later on in the evening. The boot camp classes early in the morning are really good for me as I just set my alarm and get up and go and its exercise out of the way before the day even begins. Its lovely to exercise in such a nice park early on when its quiet and Dave gives us just the right amount of individual challenge and encouragement. He is really knowledgeable about how to be healthy and always has useful pointers to give us when asked - he is not patronising or preachy as I have found other trainers. I feel so much fitter and capable now and never thought I would ever say that I look forward to getting up at 6am to exercise in the park but I love the feeling it gives me for the rest of the day. Fair play Dave :)

Dave really knows his stuff to be fair! I thought I knew what I was doing and only hired him to assist me pushing further. But he knew exactly what I had been lacking in my training. I have made lots of progress with him in the gym and would 100% recommend. He also has his own app that allows me to track food and stuff and it's so much better than the free ones you can download.

I've been attending Dave's Thursday boot camp sessions for the past few weeks and although I never saw myself as someone who would enjoy working out at 6:30 am in the dark and all weathers it's actually really good fun! Dave is a great trainer, knows his stuff and knows how to motivate us and tailor the sessions for all levels of ability. Small groups mean a more personal feel and individual attention, plus everyone is really friendly and welcoming. I am already feeling fitter and stronger and could not recommend Dave's boot camp sessions highly enough. Challenging but fun with a great group atmosphere, what more could you ask for!

Dave is a great trainer and I am really enjoying his boot camp sessions at Freedom fields park. I have been attending these twice a week for the past few weeks and I am already seeing great results! Dave is considerate to each individual in the group but also pushes everyone to give they're all.

Dave took my main goals and broke them down into smaller, achievable chunks which were easier to work towards and hit. His methods and encouraging character motivated me further.
After 12 weeks I have made excellent progress and I will definitely carry on using him for the foreseeable future as I know he will get me where I want to be.

Dave was full of knowledge and managed to design and plan workouts around my hectic work life. Sometimes he would fit me in with 1 hour notice! At first I did not think outdoor PT would work for me as I wanted to lose weight and gain a little muscle. After 8 weeks I feel fitter, lighter and faster. I have a long way to go but happy I will get there. Dave almost created a gym outside with bands and straps and balls etc. I will use him for as long as I need to and we plan on upping the work soon to get in a gym. Already recommended to friends!!!

I would like to say that I have just done a block of 10 sessions with Dave working indoors and out and in a variety of weather �
I rarely use the word 'enjoy' where exercise is involved but I can honestly say that working with Dave has been a pleasure. I can really feel the benefits of being stronger and more toned and I might even have lost a bit of weight along the way!
Dave is a great PT, motivated, motivating and very good at what he does.
I will be signing up for more sessions and have no hesitation in recommending him �

I've never been comfortable joining an exercise group and when I did try inever made it past the first session as I felt out of my depth, but this group is different, easy to follow and really genuinely friendly and inclusive. Joined Delta Charlie Boot Camp on a January Tuesday evening - not sure what to expect but wanted to add something to the running I had started. I won’t say it is easy - actually if you are looking for easy then this boot camp isn’t for you - BUT if you want to feel like you can make a difference to your fitness levels with great encouragement from David Cumberland, then you should get to one of his classes! 100% recommend!

Whilst the sessions have similar exercises each week, Dave mixes it up and no two sessions are ever the same.
