First and foremost it needs to give the user a good experience. It also needs to have up to the 21 critical elements needed for a website to be profitable for the business owner. What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I would ask for an example of a site they really like . I would ask What the message and branding needs to convey. to the visitor. I would share my expertise with them to guide them to the best possible solution while always listening to the clients wishes too.
Describe your creative process.
We use Adobe Dreamweaver which has been the Industry Standard for years. First of all my team will do some research to find out the best solutions for what you are looking for. I will then have a brain-storming session with my team where we will bring your vision to life so that I can come back to you with a preliminary mockup to get your approval to go ahead with.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Website URL. contact details to talk to you if needed and desired by you. URLs of example sites that you really like.
What do you love most about your job?
I love providing quality products to my clients which in turn increases their revenue. When customers are happy that is good business for us too.
I love going the extra mile for our clients, to make sure we over-deliver on our promises. We make the process of providing digital services as easy on the client and as hassle free as possible. We want to give our clients both a pleasurable experience and a memorable one.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I need to work from home through severe health issues. I previously worked for non-profits outreach.
