What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting people as they work through the sometimes messy and often confusing or painful business of living. It feels like a real privilege to help people in this way, to develop working relationships with my clients, so that they can work through issues with the support someone who is caring and non-judgemental. It is amazing to witness the resilience and drive of human nature to survive and overcome sometimes enormous obstacles.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having trained in body therapy, it was a natural progression for me to study counselling and psychotherapy too. I have been passionate about the healing power of therapeutic relationships, through my own personal journey, so was inspired to work in this field and make a positive contribution to the well-being of others.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
