David Rotondo- David is a skilled trainer, artist, and exercise specialist. His sessions are usually 1 or 2 clients at a time, and range from 30-50 minutes. Workouts are focused on client goals and usually include 6-12 quality exercises geared to improve improve strength, balance, flexibility, self defense, general health, weight management, and body composition.
