Was here last week for a local business meetup. The staff are very welcoming and do their utmost to accommodate. Parking can be a challenge and guest permits (available from reception) do need to be displayed as many spaces are understandably tenant only.

I have just concluded business with this company led by Michael Owen. My overall experience was nothing short of excellent. I was in dire straits considering a 2.5 Storage unit containing hours of rare footage from years of trips across the continent of Africa failed to power up. My greatest fear being precious data lost forever. My PC conveyed that the Unit was corrupted and unreadable. I contacted several companies via email and Datatrack was the first to respond within the hour. Michael persuaded me to send the Unit to the Lab for investigation and cost free diagnosis. Suffice to say within a week the entire retrieval process was completed and data returned on 1TB for good measure. Their rates are competitive and value for services considered. Datatrack Labs successfully recovered data from my Toshiba hard drive which suddenly stopped working. I spoke with a rep of the company on the telephone who estimated a fee of £195 excluding VAT who made it clear that the cost is subject to assessment and the price may rise to a worst case of around £500 if the damage was severe. The disk did indeed suffer from a very serious fault, having obtained other quotes from other companies I could see that £500 for this type of recovery was extremely good value, especially as they were offering it on a no data no fee terms. I agreed to the quote and 5 days passed before I received a detailed list of all the files which could be saved. Relief and delight at the same time, all my files were recovered. Strongly recommend Regus Cardiff Gate as a great location with flexible terms and staff. We needed to move a group of 20+ staff within a few days from our location to one that was ready to go. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Everyone goes beyond the call of duty to help in any way they can - they make you feel as if you are their only customer. The offices are very well located for motorway access, easy to find. We have a permanent office in the building however the willingness of all staff to help in any way they can, means we enjoy a highly flexible service which allows a quick and easy solution to satisfy our ad-hoc, unplanned (5 minutes notice) temporary peaks for desk and meeting room space.I can't recommend the staff and service highly enough. I currently work as an Occpuational Health physician on alternate Mondays from the Regius Offices at Cardiff Gate for an Occupational Health Company. I am delighted with the help and support of the staff, especially from Sean & Steve at reception, who are always very willing to help, as well as the support from James the manager of the Offices.Parking is good, the meet & greet by the reception staff is excellent, the actual rooms that I use are of a high quality with excellent welfare and hospitality facilities maintained by the housekeeping staff. Overall the ambience and experience working in the Reguis Cardiff Gate is among the best that I have experienced as a doctor in my 25 year career.I am very happy to give my recommendation for this facility. Great location, modern and well maintained centre. Flexible terms available. The Staff are friendly and will go the extra mile to help. Impressive broadband upload and download speeds.The higher level (likely area) management are at times a little insensitive to the existing client base when they are discussing their required improvements to attract new customers in front of their existing clients, which I find somewhat short sighted. The "resident" staff within the centre take an all together more sensitive approach. I think the only things that are missing are a changing room and café area to make this a well rounded centre. Have operated out of Regus Cardiff Gate for over 6 years as both office and training venue. Excellent location, good rooms and helpful, friendly staff. I use the meeting facilities at Regus every month for 3-4 training days - so that probably says enough. But the facilities are good - rooms, projectors, seating, light, good wifi.
