Cassie is amazing, her approach isn't forced and works around you, as she gets to know you personally and knows what triggers you, so you definitely don't feel like a "number" in a massive group.
This program is built to make you think more about how you do things and why, and once you realise certain things, well it's life changing and liberating.
The online portal and groups are an amazing support platform too, and you feel so supported from everywhere it's almost insane (in a good way)!
She is so inspirational and motivational, and definitely will go above and beyond to get you to a happier place in your life, body and mind.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is not only about weight loss, but your wellbeing. Your mood, and energy .
A full balanced diet helps get you the vitamins and nutrients your body needs .
When you eat well you eat less!! resulting in a long term weight loss .
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people believe in themselves .
Diets have ultimately made people lose belief in themselves and feel that they are not capable of long term success.
By encouraging people to see how good food can make you feel, and show how easy it is to fit into their lives, the weight comes off, and nobody feels like its a ridged diet.
I love the moments when members change their style, come in more smily and just start to really look happy!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I lost 5.5 stone and wanted people to feel the way i feel.
I have worked in the industry for 14 years, and really wanted to help people get off the diet wheel and fall in love with food and themselves again.
I wanted to help encourage behaviour change and help people see how diet foods and high sugar foods are a big factor in yo-yo dieting, and that are so readily available in well known leading diets.
