Drama therapy is about building connections and flexibility through creative expression, embodied play, and counseling techniques. As a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT), I offer sessions to individuals, couples, and families, as well as sessions via online platforms like Zoom or Skype.
Drama therapy can serve people dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationship , stage of life stresses, and social/behavioral challenges.
The work is fundamentally collaborative and relational. I firmly believe that healing can come from creating a space where clients can feel seen and heard, and where a reconstructive relationship can be formed based on mutuality, respect, creativity, and playful exploration. Sessions can be tailored to meet individual needs and comfort levels. The key is to help clients get in touch with their creativity and start feeling connected and empowered in their life.
