How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
With regards to both physical and mental heath, a well rounded diet is key. Only when a person begins to truly understand what different macronutrients groups are made up of, and how they can impact physical fitness and appearance, true progress can begin.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I have a BSc (Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Nottingham Trent university, and am a qualified personal trainer and exercise referral coach. This, and my years of experience within fitness has given me a great understanding of how to achieve results efficiently over time.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency, hard work and good habits
What do you love most about your job?
Sharing knowledge with others and helping clients achieve goals they thought couldn’t be done.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It all comes from loving what I do. I also manage a Health Club full time, but still love to do personal training on top of this as its where my passion is at.

I’m honest and realistic with my clients. Once both myself, and my client have an understanding of what it takes to achieve a specific goal, the results will come over a period of consistency and hard work.
