I recently came from London to study at Leeds university and I was looking to rent a house near my cousin house, I couldn't find any good estate rental agency that would rent me a house near them so I asked my friend to find me one. So my friend told me about you guys and I was very pleased with the service that I was given. The staff was very friendly and helpful to me. Danhamz found me somewhere to live which was close to Hyde Park and Headingly. The house had all of the facilities I was looking for and included bills and wasn't expensive especially for Hyde Park. This included a cleaner who came around at least once a week after which the place was left spotless. All the staff are friendly and approachable, especially Mos who is an absolute gentleman. They were always responsive if anything needed doing. I had to claim housing benefit for a short time and they didn't put on any late payment charges when I was very late paying my rent for a couple of months - even though they could have done which I really appreciated. I would recommend Danhamz - i found them to be reliable and good people to have dealings with. More...

I rented from this agency last year.They provided a superb service. When the Landlord took too long to address an issue I had, they immediately took over and addressed it. I have rented from many agencies over the year and Danhamz is definitely one of the best student agencies I have come across.On leaving the property t hey took a detailed inventory and then stuck up for me when the landlord wanted compensation for works not really required.
