Doug recently photographed our wedding in Cambridge, August 2018. He was extremely professional from the first moment - when we met him to discuss photographs, he visited the venue to plan angles in advance, and clearly really thought about lighting conditions, angles and backdrops. We therefore felt confident in engaging his services, and we are happy to report that we were in no way let down.On the day, Doug was prompt, professional and accommodating. He was good at dealing with our specific requests, and the photographs themselves are excellent, including a mixture of beautiful formal portraits and documentary style images. He dealt well with the bright, hard lighting conditions of one of the hottest days of the year, and was very helpful when our timings slipped.Doug provided nearly 1000 photos of the day on USB, DVD and several beautiful prints. This was beyond what we expected, and means we have a wonderful record of our day. When you add in that Doug is amongst the most reasonably priced photographers in Cambridge, we cannot recommend him highly enough. More...

Doug photographed our wedding in December 2016 and he was great! Thorough preparation, lovely quality pictures, reasonable price and pretty quick getting them to us (especially considering there was Christmas and New Year in between! ). Doug's experience and professionalism was clear from the moment we first met him. We were very clear that we didn't want too many set piece photos, and lots of intimate shots of our friends and family, and Doug delivered brilliantly on both fronts . The weather wasn't great on our big day, but Doug was very efficient in making the most of the rare dry moments we had. Most importantly, we were very pleased with the quality of the photos that Doug took, which he provided in a matter of weeks after the wedding.
