I'm staying in a superior suite and it's brilliant. You basically have your own flat, well presented and well maintained.
Separate living, bathing and sleeping rooms with your own balcony.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Food is competitive with its pricing but the bar is just slightly over the odds. Although there won't be any Michelin stars awarded the kitchen supplied a tasty, well presented dinner. They also have buffet nights that could be worth a look if you'd like to eat decently prepared food until you pop.
Free parking and good free WiFi are winners too. I'll be staying again.

Nice room , clean & tidy (vanity light in bathroom wasn't working) plus a very comfortable bed.
Mostly Good staff & food although delays for some of our group's evening meals (some of us had nearly finished before others had started) marred it.
Unfortunately at breakfast we were told "no vegetarian sausages" & we weren't offered any alternative either so we had a rather sparse plate !
Despite some problems over all we still enjoyed our stay.

Staff extremely friendly, nothing too much trouble, food fantastic. We stayed on a deal booked last November. It included afternoon tea, and evening meal, bed and breakfast. We upgraded to a suite and it was a great decision. The room was fantastic with plenty of room. We were upstairs and we would choose an upstairs room again for the views. Afternoon tea was fresh and included unlimited tea and coffee which is generally the norm but there are places that charge you extra. Evening meal was beautifully cooked will definitely return. The mid week carvery here is a very good standard and sensibly priced.
The staff are very nice here.
We have stayed here on a weekend too even though we live in Norwich.
There was plenty of atmosphere and places to have a drink. The room we stayed in was lovely and very clean. Bathroom was of a very high standard too.

Great bar team and management. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent range of well priced food but is also walking distance to a couple decent pubs also offering food, beer etc on the River Yare for beautiful evenings being entertained by nature watching.

The decor has been upgraded which is a huge improvement, place looks very smart now.
Food is reasonable at the price with a decent portion size.
Service was very friendly if not a tad slow at the time.

Attended a wedding reception here. What a lovely space. Friendly, helpful staff and yummy food. Was nice that the bar, room and outside were all joined so the children could move around freely but still be kept under supervision. Only negative would be that the first two steps down to the garden are not lit up - the rest are, but in the dark they look like a ramp not steps. Would definitely return. More...
