It was about a time to rewrite my CV since I haven’t touched it for the past 6-7 years.So, I needed something different and fresh. But I had no time and I knew I would have definitely struggled to do myself. I have never used a CV writing service before. But, after finding CVUpgrade, I was actually surprised to see the 3 different packages they offered were all good value for many, compared to the other services I found. I went for the gold package to get a CV & Cover Letter re-write/design as well as LinkedIn account creation/optimisation and re-write.Dominic far surpassed my expectations. Great results and working with him was excellent. The initial telephone interview was very helpful and the exchange of information and providing of updated versions were done very quickly. I was really pleased with the final drafts and covering letter as well as the LinkedIn profile.Especially, I was very impressed with the CV design. I have never seen a design like that before. My initial CV was 4 pages, but Dominic fitted those 4 pages into 2 pages of the new CV design. I used CV Upgrade to enhance my current CV. After speaking with Dom we discussed that my CV was far to long and a lot of stuff that didnt need to be there. I opted for one of the cheaper packages as a start as wasnt to sure what to expect compared to other companies who wanted the Earth to write a CV.I was not disappointed and am really pleased with the end result from Dom.The whole process was really easy and straight forward. After 17 years in the Royal Navy i only had a self made CV which in fairness wasnt very good and overlong. I did a lot of research and internet exploring researching different CV writing services at sone silly prices.

I came across CV upgrade and was impressed from the 1st minute.

Dom emailed pretty much straight away to make a telephone appt to discuss. It was a open conversation and defiantly a two way process.

Dom did a brilliant job of recreating my CV from seven pages down to two, with a great easy to follow style.

Really impressed with the easyness of the plan and each stage he took.

Even though I had signed up for this service, my expectancy was dampened somewhat (due to a previous bad experience) and I approached this task with some apprehension. However, this feeling was completely unfounded as Dominic immediately allayed my fears with his courteous, friendly and ultimately professional service. This was an iterative process, but it didn't bother him at all, as he seized the initiative from our very first conversation. Dominic consulted with me throughout, making suggestions, providing constructive criticism and steadfastly approaching each and every conceivable task with the aim of continual improvement.

He was generous with his time (even giving up a number of hours at the weekend). I was impressed with his enthusiasm, dedication and purposefulness. I have been applying for jobs for ages with no luck and with a busy life I wanted someone to help me with my cv. Dom is so experienced at what he does and I have worked with him before.
