Charlotte is amazing! A true magical hair fairy! I have been going to Charlotte for many years. I was a client of hers before and followed her when she set up her own salon. I wouldn’t let anyone else do my hair. I look forward to having my hair done at charlottes salon. She’s so patient ( my hair normally takes about 4/5 hours!) and nothing is ever too much. She’s full of advice and a perfectionist and I always have complete trust in Charlotte. I go with what she thinks and the result is always amazing. I go in with a mess of hair, feeling not at my best and come out feeling great and confident and LOVING my hair. I have recently used Cutting Edge to do the hair for my sister's wedding. Prior to the wedding our hair was cut and coloured by Charlotte and it looked great and it was exactly what we wanted. The bride and two bridesmaid's had their hair done on the day and we were really pleased with how it all looked, it was amazing. I really appreciated everything Charlotte did for my wedding. On the day she was a calm amongst the storm as we got down to the final hour and everything got hectic! ! I wasn't always the easiest of customers, struggling to know and describe what I liked at times, and needing a second trial because we didn't find the perfect style at the first attempt. But charlotte was superb, and a lovely person too, and I was so glad I chose her to do my hair for the big day. I called Charlotte on a Saturday afternoon and by the following Wednesday lunchtime my hair had been coloured and cut. Much quicker service than if I'd called my usual salon.
