I was very pleased with the service I received from Crystal Travel during a recent on-line flight booking. A problem with availability of the flight at the price point advertised was quickly and efficiently addressed in my favour. My thanks to Rob who dealt with the difficulty effectively and politely. Great Support and help on the phone by Aaron(Customer Service) to complete the booking. 5 Star for him. I am giving 4star only because they didn't give the price quoted in the Kayak website and I had to complete the same by phone at slightly higher price. Over all happy!

Simply the BEST & FASTEST customer service every received in my entire life. Lisa gave me a call while I was processing the reservation to ask if I was having any troubles and to reassure me that I could call back at any time in case it would have happened. The booking got declined as a large group placed a reservation just a half second before me so the price of the flight went up. Lisa clearly explained me what happened and showed me a genuine understanding for my frustration as I had practically already gone through the booking and just at the moment of the payment the deal changed. She went ABOVE and BEYOND and checked if, although the deal I had agreed was not longer available, she could match the price I saw in the first place. I am TRULY blown away by the efficiency and the professionalism with which Lisa has helped me to get through the booking without paying a penny more than I had previously agreed. I will DEFINITELY continue booking my next holidays with Crystal Travel as I feel valued as customer and safe to spend my money with this SUPER TRUSTED company and I will recommend Crystal Travel to all my friends. Like many others leaving a review here, I had to call Crystal Travel as an online booking request with them was declined. They quoted me slightly more than the online price (£30 more) but Lisa was very helpful in getting the flight which was a lot more expensive on all the other websites . The seats at the price I was booking were sold out, so they gave me a call to find another solution. I had to either pay a bit more or choose another flight. I have to admit that at first I suspected it was a trick to charge me more, but I double-checked on the Turkish airline official website and it also gave me a higher price (I had checked it there 30 minutes earlier, before choosing Crystal travel)
Crystal travel price was still 10% cheaper.

Got last minute ticket to San Francisco at a reasonable price thanks to the kind help of Kathy. Quick service and accessible. I would recommend.

Just read some reviews and noticed people saying it's decidedly dodgy and would like to make a comment.

I thought it was dodgy too when my first booking was declined due to tickets no longer available but after Kathy's help and getting in touch with the flight company the original price was ganranteed. I understood it's difficult to trust a sales agent but in my experience this has turned out more helpful than expected. Worth give it a try. More...

I've always brought straight through airlines for peace of mind and stuck to thinking if it's too good to be true it is.
I took a bit of a gamble thanks to the professionalism, customer service and patience of Aaron Rogers. Who saved me £500 on flights.
Booking through the phone and giving away card details is a bit daunting in this day of age. Everything was put through and was phoned back within 30 minutes as promised with my amazing value BA flights and emailed my e-tickets that let me log in instantly to guarantee my flights had been booked.

Recently booked a trip to Iceland and was very impressed with the service received. I called at around 6pm on a Sunday evening (to try my luck! ) and was pleasantly surprised my call was answered (and very quickly) by a very helpful advisor called Jordan. He dealt with all of our enquiries very efficiently and even suggested extras we had not considered, such as transfers, additional trips etc. We had considered arranging the tour ourselves but saved a substantial amount of time and money booking through Jordan. I had a great experience booking my trip to Bangkok, Phuket & Phi Phi Thai Island. Sophia in particular was very helpful and patient, she answered all my questions and got me a great deal. It made me cancel my booking with the other organization that was providing a similar deal. This was my first time booking with Crystal Travel and depending on my experience when I am on my actual holiday i will be booking more trips for sure. Well done for now, everything has been great till now and I expect the same when I am on my holiday.

Really helpful, first-class customer service. Very good service. Agent was very pleasant & attentive. Price excellent. However, notably other booking agencies have a wheel chair /assist etc. option which needs to be reflected on the ticket. A further niggle; when trying to saving the Flight Itinerary, for future reference, it simply is not available! We had to revert to cutting and pasting for our file reference. So far so good.
I booked my ticket online with Crystal Travel to the USA. I have received a confirmation of my booking but my payment didn't go through.

Ethan called me straight away and we solved the problem in the next 30 min. He also offered me a voucher to stay in the hotel for the next 3 days for free of charge but I had my accommodation arrangement already so I couldn't use the voucher.

I have since checked with the Virgin, via their reservation checker and my ticket is booked and confirmed! However I know that this flight is operated by Delta.

I will update my review after the trip.

I'm absolutely disgusted with this company. My mother booked a flight with them and a few hours after the booking we received sad news about someone in the family passing. We called within 24hrs to change the booking and they refused said we had to pay £800 to change flight dates when the original flight we wanted to change was only £160 difference. We asked for a refund and they said we can only get £40 back. We even provided proof who the sad news we received and they refused to help.

I've booked 3 return flights with Crystal travel on two different occasions, and I have to say they are very good.
They sent everything vie email very quick as both bookings were done within 4 days of departure.
They helped with the visa and even though I was given the name and number of the adviser I didn't need to call as everything went smoothly.

I found crystal travel to be very good value for money, of which was almost unbeatable in the travel market. My son did the booking for me as I was at work. I would recommend Crystal Travel to anyone as I have never had any problems with their service or receiving my e-tickets. I also had a chance to talk to 2 of the customer service agents, which provided excellent customer service and went out of their way to help me find a flight. This is my second time for this year to buy an airline ticket in Crystal Travel and the staff was very polite. Yesterday I spoked to one of the staff , her name was Sharon and she was very nice and she answered all my query. This day I spoked to Ashley and he's the one who attend to me for my final decision for my Ticket. He's nice as well. And the most important was the Ticket was cheapear compare to the other travel agency. Actually, I've known this Crystal Travel through my friend. My friend is the one who told me to try to call crystal travel because she mentioned to me that crystal travel has a cheap fare.

Found pricing for a Crystal Travel fare through a comparison website.
The result loaded up correctly on their site, where sometimes I have seen on other sites that it isn't the same flight details or the fare price is slightly out.
The whole transaction was smooth and the e-ticket was issued quickly after a confirmation email was sent to say that the seat has been reserved.
I received a follow up call from a Customer Service rep to check if I had all the documents I needed and if there were any issues with my booking, which is a nice touch as After-care is an after thought for most travel agents.
